Manufacturing

Produced through contracted, audited facilities, with a combined annual capacity exceeding 100,000 t of Orvan™-enhanced compound fertilizer; controlled fermentation, formulation, and packaging.

Strain integrity

Every strain is identity-verified (16S / whole-genome sequencing), deposited with certificates, and purity-tested before production.

Batch release

Each batch is CFU-certified at release and end of shelf life; screened for contaminant microbes (< 10⁵ CFU/g non-declared) and pathogens (Salmonella absent in 25 g; no human pathogens detected).

Safety limits

Heavy metals (As/Pb/Cd/Cr/Hg) within China GB 38400-2019 and EU Reg. 2019/1009 limits; non-GMO; BSL-1; screened for toxigenic metabolites and hemolytic activity (negative under tested conditions).

Traceability & documentation

Batch numbers, deposit certificates, 16S/WGS sequences, and per-formulation SDS available to qualified partners.

Transport

Non-hazardous; not classified under UN/ADR/IMDG.
