WORKING WITH HUASHENG

Sourcing process

Each purchase has one project contact for products, documents and supply. Quotations are confirmed together with the agreed specification, quality requirements and delivery terms, which carry through to the goods supplied.

  1. Define your product requirements

Share the product name or active ingredient, destination market and intended use. If known, include concentration, formulation, quantity, pack size and delivery timing. A specification or reference label can help explain what you need.

  2. Review specifications & samples

Review composition, concentration, formulation and quality parameters against the requirement. Discuss available technical documents, safety data and market labels. Where sample evaluation is needed, agree the sample specification, quantity and assessment requirements before making arrangements.

  3. Agree the order & delivery

Confirm the specification, quantity, packaging material and size, label version, quotation and delivery terms. Agree the contracting and supplying entities, quality responsibilities and required documents. Batch analysis and shipment records must refer to the material supplied for that order.

  4. Check delivery & follow up

Check the received quantity, packaging, batch identification and agreed documents. For a discrepancy or product question, send the order and batch references with photographs or test records. We review the issue with the relevant partner and discuss further checks and handling with you.

Registration and market-access support

Before a product enters a new market, Huasheng can assess the registration dossier, identify the studies and documents still needed and organise local partners; scope and responsibilities are agreed per project.

Do you supply technical material and finished formulations?

We supply technical material for formulation manufacture, single-active formulations and mixtures. For manufacturers, we review assay, relevant impurities and source documentation. For agricultural-input companies and distributors, we confirm the finished specification, packaging, labels and delivery. Enquiries should identify the full composition, concentration and formulation.

Can you adapt formulations, packaging and labels for our brand?

We discuss formulation adaptation and customer-branded packaging with customers and manufacturing partners. The agreed scope can include pack capacity and material, label languages, artwork and carton requirements. We review formulation feasibility, brand authorisation, market-specific label requirements and packaging suitability before confirming samples and production arrangements.

Discuss formulation and packaging
What information should I include in a sourcing enquiry?

Start with the product or active ingredient, destination country, and intended crop or use. Add the concentration, formulation, quantity, packaging and delivery timing where known. A reference specification or label helps make the request precise; you can begin with the information you already have.

How do sample review and order confirmation fit together?

Use the sample review to confirm the required product version and practical handling requirements. Keep its specification and batch identity with any observations or test results. Before an order, agree the quality and acceptance criteria, packaging, document list and delivery terms. Any formulation or packaging changes should be recorded so the approved requirements carry through to the supply arrangement.

Review quality and acceptance
What needs to be confirmed when discussing delivery timing?

Delivery planning considers product availability or production, sample approval where required, packaging preparation and transport. Share the required arrival date, destination and preferred shipment terms. We coordinate the proposed schedule with the customer and supply partners, distinguishing preparation and dispatch dates from the expected arrival date.
