Huasheng Bio is a brand, not a registered company. This website is published by Huasheng Bio Limited, Hong Kong SAR, which holds the trade marks; our mainland operating company is Huasheng Qiyuan (Beijing) Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (华升启源（北京）生物科技有限公司). By using huasheng.bio you accept these terms. If you are using the site for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept them on its behalf. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or with your use of this site (including non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China. Any such dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) under its rules in force when the notice of arbitration is submitted. The seat of arbitration is Hong Kong, there shall be one arbitrator, and the language of the arbitration is English. This clause governs use of the website; where you have a separate supply contract with us, that contract's own dispute-resolution clause prevails for matters arising under it.

If part of these terms cannot be enforced
If any provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, it is severed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions stay in full effect. A delay in enforcing any right is not a waiver of it.
