QUALITY
Specification, storage and documents
Viable count and purity
The specification declares the minimum viable count in CFU or spores per gram or millilitre, with limits for contaminating microorganisms and moisture. The batch certificate reports the count measured by plate count.
Storage and shelf life
Microbial products are stored dry, cool and out of direct sunlight. The shelf life and storage temperature of each product are stated in its specification and on the label, counted from the date of manufacture.
Documents and private label
Each batch ships with its certificate of analysis and the current safety data sheet. Technical data sheets, label drafts and the documents a registration requires are provided for the target market. Products are supplied in the standard packs listed, or packed and labelled under the customer’s own brand, with the label language and pack size agreed for the market.

- Biofungicides based on Trichoderma harzianum, Bacillus amyloliquefaciens, Bacillus velezensis, Bacillus halotolerans, Coniothyrium minitans and Ampelomyces quisqualis; bioinsecticides based on Beauveria bassiana and Metarhizium; and bionematicides based on Purpureocillium lilacinum and Bacillus nematocida. - How is the content of a biopesticide batch checked?
- Each batch is tested against its specification for viable count, contaminating microorganisms, moisture and the physical properties of the formulation. The results are reported on the batch certificate of analysis that ships with the goods.
- Can biopesticides be supplied under our own brand?
- Products are supplied in the standard packs listed, or packed and labelled under the customer’s own brand, with the label language and pack size agreed for the market.
- Does Huasheng support biopesticide registration?
- Registration rules for biological products differ by country: some markets register them as pesticides or biopesticides, others as fertilisers, biofertilisers or biostimulants. Huasheng provides the composition, quality and safety documents for the dossier and supports the application through its registration service. Approved uses follow the registered label.
