Working together

We work with partners to define product and market requirements, agree responsibilities and move each project forward.

WAYS TO WORK WITH US

Partnership models

Product purchasing & supply

For distributors and agricultural businesses buying existing products. We confirm concentration, formulation, packaging, quantity and lead time, provide samples and technical documents, and support single orders, seasonal replenishment or annual supply.

Research & product development

For research teams and technology owners seeking commercialisation. We assess the evidence, technology rights and data use, design the product and formulation, and organise sample evaluation, field trials and production readiness.

Registration & market partnerships

For product companies and local partners entering new markets. We define the applicant and intended uses, assess the dossier and data-use rights, and agree responsibilities for trials, submission, launch and supply.

How a project runs

How a project runs

  1. Define the scope

Review the product or technology, intended use, target market and current stage. Set out the question to resolve, the work required and the next milestone in a project brief, so all parties start from the same requirements.

  2. Review the requirements

Review specifications, sample references, reports and available data rights. A requirements checklist identifies what is ready, what needs confirmation and which documents, samples or studies each party will provide.

  3. Agree responsibilities

Agree responsibilities, data and technology rights, costs, timing and review points before work starts. Identify the project contact and relevant applicant, manufacturer or study team, and specify how changes to scope, formulation or delivery will be reviewed.

  4. Review progress and follow through

Review the identified sample version, reports and agreed outputs at each milestone. Record outstanding questions, decisions and the next responsible party. Development, registration and supply then proceed using the reviewed specification and document versions.

Discuss a project

Start with a non-confidential overview of the product or technology, target market and available information. Detailed documents can be shared under agreed confidentiality arrangements.
